How the coverage works.
Every Greencity home is covered by a limited one-year warranty. The written limited warranty you receive at closing sets out what is covered, for how long, and what is excluded.
Homes purchased in September 2023 or later get a personalized online warranty portal. Every Burke home closes well after that date, so your portal is ready when you are.
Submit a claim and a Greencity warranty specialist gets in touch within 48 hours to confirm the details and set next steps.
Greencity administers the warranty with its own warranty specialists. The company that built the home is the company that answers for it.
