Greencity's Tailor What Matters to You program is open for homes in Buildings C and D. Choose the finishes and features that matter most, and we build them in before you get the keys.
How it works
Four conversations between reservation and move‑in.
Choose a home in Building C or D and put it under contract. Your sales team confirms which selection windows are still open on that specific address.
One-on-one at the Greencity Design Center. Bring photos, a saved board, or nothing at all — your designer works through the choices with you in one sitting.
Many selections are simply a choice between the included schemes at no added cost. Upgrades are priced individually, and every line is documented and approved by you before anything is ordered.
Your selections are installed as the home is completed — no retrofit, no weekend project waiting for you after closing.

Timing
What you can change depends on when you reserve.
Structural choices have to happen before framing. Cabinets, counters, tile, and flooring stay open well into the build. Paint and fixtures are the last to lock.
Your sales team will tell you exactly which windows are still open on the home you're considering, and we put every selection in writing before it goes to the field.
