Greencity has been in the business of building for more than fifteen years, with an in‑house team of thirty‑plus running land sourcing, feasibility, entitlement, architectural design, excavation, and construction. The same company that finds the site draws the plans and pours the foundation, which is why the details line up from the street layout down to the cabinet hardware.
The homes are organized around three ideas the company applies to every community: an oasis experience, a community feel, and functional design. Functional design comes first in their decision making — home flow is deliberate, and each community is meant to have a cohesive rhythm between its living spaces.
