These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of burketownhomes.com and the related services of VWP Real Estate ("VWP," "we," "us," or "our"), the marketing brokerage for Burke Townhomes. By using this website, submitting a form, or communicating with us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or our services.
1. Our services
VWP provides real estate brokerage and marketing services for Burke Townhomes, including tour scheduling and information about available homes. Submitting a request does not create a brokerage, agency, or other professional relationship; any such relationship is formed only by a separate written agreement.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to use this website and our services. By using the site, you represent that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate.
3. Messaging and call terms
If you provide your phone number and opt in, you agree to receive text messages (SMS) and/or phone calls from VWP Real Estate. Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase or of receiving our services.
Program description. Depending on the consent you provide, messages may include transactional or conversational communications related to your real estate inquiry (such as home details, responses, and appointment confirmations) and, separately, marketing communications (such as property offers, promotions, and other real estate-related marketing).
Frequency and cost. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply, charged by your mobile carrier.
Opting out and help. Reply STOP to cancel text messages at any time. Reply HELP for help. After you reply STOP, you may receive one confirmation message. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Our handling of phone numbers and messaging data is described in our Privacy Policy. Mobile opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
4. No guarantees or professional advice
Pricing, availability, plans, renderings, and other materials on this website are for informational purposes only and are not a guarantee of price, availability, or outcome, and do not constitute an offer to sell. Nothing on this website constitutes legal, tax, or financial advice. You should consult appropriate professionals before making decisions.
